- AgroThings does not generally provide an automatic order cancellation option.
- Customers may request cancellation before order processing begins.
- Cancellation approval remains at the discretion of AgroThings.
- Orders that have entered processing, packaging, shipping, or dispatch stages may not be eligible for cancellation.

- Eligible cancellation requests submitted before order processing may qualify for a refund.
- Applicable payment gateway charges, platform charges, and other non-refundable transaction costs may be deducted.
- The final refund amount is determined after review.

- Other logistics costs incurred during order processing.

- Approved refunds are generally processed within approximately 7 to 15 business days.
- Additional banking timelines are outside the control of AgroThings.

- Refunds may be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
