Order Cancellation

  • AgroThings does not generally provide an automatic order cancellation option.
  • Customers may request cancellation before order processing begins.
  • Cancellation approval remains at the discretion of AgroThings.
  • Orders that have entered processing, packaging, shipping, or dispatch stages may not be eligible for cancellation.

Full Payment Orders

  • Eligible cancellation requests submitted before order processing may qualify for a refund.
  • Applicable payment gateway charges, platform charges, and other non-refundable transaction costs may be deducted.
  • The final refund amount is determined after review.

Partial Payment Orders

  • Partial payment amounts may be treated as booking or reservation payments.
  • Partial payments may not be refundable once order processing has started.
  • Refund eligibility is determined by AgroThings based on the order stage and circumstances.

Cash On Delivery Orders

  • Customers may refuse delivery; however, AgroThings reserves the right to record such activity for future order verification.
  • Repeated order refusals may affect future order acceptance.

Duplicate Payments

  • If duplicate payments are received for the same order, eligible excess payments may be refunded after verification.
  • Verified duplicate payments are generally refunded without deduction.

Failed Payments

  • Orders associated with failed payments may not be processed.
  • Customers may place a new order or complete payment through approved methods.
  • Payment reversals may depend on banking and payment provider timelines.

Customer Caused Cancellation Or Failure

  • Incorrect address information.
  • Customer unavailable for delivery.
  • Refused shipments.
  • Failed verification caused by incorrect customer information.
  • Any situation caused by customer-provided incorrect details.

Non Refundable Charges

  • Payment gateway charges where applicable.
  • Platform charges where applicable.
  • Shipping charges where applicable.
  • Return-to-origin (RTO) charges where applicable.
  • Other logistics costs incurred during order processing.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed manually after verification.
  • Approved refunds are generally processed within approximately 7 to 15 business days.
  • Additional banking timelines are outside the control of AgroThings.

Refund Method

  • Refunds may be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Alternative refund methods may be used when necessary and permitted.

Order Rejection By AgroThings

  • AgroThings reserves the right to reject or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, serviceability limitations, suspected fraud, technical issues, or operational reasons.
  • If AgroThings cancels an order before fulfillment, eligible customer payments may be refunded in full.

Fraud Prevention

  • Refund requests involving fraudulent activity, false claims, forged documents, or payment abuse may be rejected.
  • AgroThings may suspend or restrict future purchases where abuse is detected.
