- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in account restrictions or termination.

- Only one account may be associated with a single mobile number.
- Only one account may be associated with a single email address.
- AgroThings reserves the right to merge, restrict, suspend, or remove duplicate accounts where necessary.

- AgroThings may provide login using mobile numbers, email addresses, OTP verification, passwords, or other approved authentication methods.
- Available login methods may change over time.
- AgroThings does not guarantee the availability of any specific login method indefinitely.

- Customers are responsible for protecting account credentials.
- Passwords, OTPs, verification codes, and login access should never be shared with others.
- Customers are responsible for maintaining access to registered mobile numbers and email addresses.

- Customers must not share OTPs or verification codes with any person.
- AgroThings is not responsible for losses resulting from customers voluntarily sharing OTPs, passwords, or account credentials.

- Customers should immediately report suspected unauthorized account access.
- AgroThings may take reasonable steps to help secure affected accounts.
- AgroThings cannot guarantee recovery in every situation.

- Customers may request account recovery through approved support channels.
