Account Creation

  • Customers may create accounts using approved registration methods provided by AgroThings.
  • Customers must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in account restrictions or termination.

Account Limits

  • Only one account may be associated with a single mobile number.
  • Only one account may be associated with a single email address.
  • AgroThings reserves the right to merge, restrict, suspend, or remove duplicate accounts where necessary.

Login Methods

  • AgroThings may provide login using mobile numbers, email addresses, OTP verification, passwords, or other approved authentication methods.
  • Available login methods may change over time.
  • AgroThings does not guarantee the availability of any specific login method indefinitely.

Account Security

  • Customers are responsible for protecting account credentials.
  • Passwords, OTPs, verification codes, and login access should never be shared with others.
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining access to registered mobile numbers and email addresses.

OTP Responsibility

  • Customers must not share OTPs or verification codes with any person.
  • AgroThings is not responsible for losses resulting from customers voluntarily sharing OTPs, passwords, or account credentials.

Unauthorized Access

  • Customers should immediately report suspected unauthorized account access.
  • AgroThings may take reasonable steps to help secure affected accounts.
  • AgroThings cannot guarantee recovery in every situation.

Account Recovery

  • Customers may request account recovery through approved support channels.
  • Identity verification may be required before recovery assistance is provided.
  • Recovery approval remains at the discretion of AgroThings.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate account information.
  • Keep login credentials secure.
